(Assajada) 32 : 16

They will forsake their beds of sleep to appeal to their Lord fearfully and hopefully, and they are spending from whatever We have provided them.

During the time of Messenger Muhammad, when there was a group of believers, their character and behavior were such that they would awaken from their sleep, hurrying to pray to their Lord fearfully and hopefully, and they would spend their favors bestowed by their Lord on charities, such as helping the poor, needy, orphans, debtors, etc. But today, since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer wakes early in the morning, reads the Lord’s Book Adhikr, and performs a prolonged single Prostration of Recitation. They are also involved in conveying the Lord’s Message Adhikr, which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul, to other people belonging to the Messenger’s community, such as Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Jews, Christians, etc., and spend their wealth, health, time, and all their favors for these purposes. Conveying the Lord’s Message to others is helping the Impartial Lord Allah so that the Lord will help them back, as mentioned in verses 22: 40; 47: 7, and 61: 14. By doing so, the believer can change his previous offenses and sins, which occurred in the absence of real Knowledge Adhikr, into good deeds, as explained in verse 4: 31. See explanation 2: 3-5.
